Speaker Bios

Ted Flitton has almost twenty years’ experience as a journalist, corporate spokesperson and issues manager. As the owner of Base Reputation Management, he helps businesses, non-profits and associations strengthen their practices through proper branding, customer experience strategies and digital communication.

Ted teaches reputation management at Mount Royal University and writes frequently on the media and communication. He has studied with the Reputation Institute and received his B.A. in political science from York University.
